Being located in Newport Beach and gifted with beautiful weather, we don’t use our fireplaces like our east coast friends. That doesn’t mean we don’t want or need a beautiful fireplace to look at. Many moons ago fireplaces used to have huge mantels and were just grand features in homes.Mantels have seem to become a thing of the past. Linear fireplaces are in popular demand with our clients. We still believe a grand fireplace with a beautiful mantel has place in some homes because the design calls for it. A modern, transitional design calls for an accent wall complimented by a sleek fireplace as you can see in the fireplace from our White Pine project.
