Newport Beach award winning design studio, SKD Studios is loving some of the predictions experts think we will see in Kitchen Design for 2015. Here are my top 5 most of these we are already seeing in 2014 and SKD Studios is looking forward to creating this into 2015 as well.
Luxe Metals: How fresh does this metallic gold look against these crisp white cabinets! I am so excited to see gold come back in such a fresh way.
Modern Traditional: We will see the clean modern lines but with a more traditional feel. These cabinets are sleek and dark but the 5 piece drawer front and furniture feet keep it feeling very traditional.
Oh How I love this Kitchen: We will be seeing a lot of natural wood, rustic – shabby – natural – woods in kitchens and on islands.
More Furniture looking cabinetry. We will be seeing a lot of furniture style islands. In fact, stop into SKD Studios and check our our furniture style island.
Black! Black cabinets, black lighting, black tiles, we will see a large increase of black being used in kitchens. Again, this is something we have seen for a couple of years but our cabinet lines are catching on and offering different shades of black – which we love!
